We ordered from this restaurant restaurant last night and we had ordered 2 dosas and a parcel meal. We got only one dosa instead of two and they charged me in full. When I called them they gave me a pathetic response. Plus The condiments which come along with the dosa were stale and spoilt. We had an awful experience and I recommend not to go/order from this restaurant.
It was my worst food order ever through Zomato, I ordered for Sunday breakfast on 28/07/2019 at 10.3o AM, two plates Idli and one karem dosa, from Venkateshwara restaurant. They supplied stored and spoiled sambar along with state Idli stored from last night. they are so careless that sambar was clearly smelling rancid but still dared to supply as online ordered customers donot come to them to fight with or make police complaint. I have thrown the parcel into our dustbin immediately as we were getting nauseating smell because of spoiled food and sambhar. This was brought to the notice ZOMATO and as usually they just added 50 credits to my account instead of taking action on the restaurant and delisting them from ZOMATO. I advise not to visit this restaurant ever nor order from this restaurant. Their customers are as such are few so they store unsold items and sell next day.
