I had great expectations with the name but my visit here turned out otherwise. This outlet had the worst service ever. We visited this place on a public holiday for dinner and ordered the Jumbo Meal and a burger meal. After a patient wait of 50 minutes, when enquired on the counter he asked us in doubt to repeat our order. In the next 5-10 minutes we were given the burger meal which had a small coke and the French fries were cold and soggy. The burger buns were stale and smelly which again had a soggy flat chicken patty and only one mix sauce. Nothing else in it. After this disappointment we again enquired at the counter and told him that it was an hour and their service wasn’t good, at which the staff guy was SO RUDE. He spoke in a very bad tone and told that the customers wouldn’t understand their problem. The staff needs to be changed and the same guy on counter works in the kitchen. Very bad experience which spoilt the entire mood.

Not the real al baik. I did underatand the first dayhj was there. Still food was okay but when rcently visited some days back it has become worse. Fried chicked has been fried multiple times buring the chicken, not juicy, and the flavour has turned very bad. Management when reached is never concerned on same.
Very third class service. AC is always off. The Insect killer wasn’t working. The flies were sitting on us. Along with the cockroaches crawling everywhere, including on furniture. I wonder that how many insects do they have in the kitchen.
The chicken is quite good if had at the outlet and freshly prepared the worst part is the management spl. The old slim guy said be the Manager, very rude i am sure he is the guy behind bringing down all of their outlets including the tolichowki one.
Pathetic service to say the least, takes forever to get a parcel and then they deceive you by cheating on the stuff which needs to be given, I guess they’re Saving money for the poor sales of the franchise !!Highly recommend you to stop visiting this place !!I guess this review will fall on deaf ears of the management but the consumer’s needs to understand that this restaurant is nothing but comprising of poor quality, unfriendly staff and zero professionally organised management !!Note : The Chicken tasted awful to say the least.
