I had placed an order from this lil joint for a quick evening snack at 5:36 but The zomato app said that the order was not accepted for 25 minutes. The promised delivery time was 25-35 mins mind you!25 minutes and my order was still not accepted but the zomato agent I sought help from was telling me the order was accepted and assigned.I have attached all the screenshots for reference.Is this a joke zomato? Why say some show something else on the screen.. ok I could have just pushed it aside thinking it was a technical error.But half n hour later I get a notification(ie around 6) that order was picked up and within a few minutes says that the order got cancelled!!!What the hell just happened?My complaint is against the poor way zomato is handling it’s customers.Shame!
Very inexpensive restaurant. You can get quick bites at super affordable rates with fast service.However the roles are not of very great quality but the prices justifies the quality.We ordered paneer roll, chicken roll and veg roll out of which chicken roll is the best.
