The restaurant has one of the best appealing ambiance and can accommodate than 100 people at one time. They have both indoor and outdoor setting so once can have their meal sitting beside the Hussain Sagar Lake. They have both buffet and ala carte -we went for a dinner with bunch of friends and tried their buffet as well as alacarte. The buffet spread is huge and has lip smacking options both for non veg and the vegetarians. The restaurant has nice interiors with helpful and courteous stuff to cater to their guest, surprisingly it being Monday also the restaurant was housefulNow coming to their Welcome drink Sky Citrus -it was nice ans refreshing but their Virgin Mojito and Pina Colada was equally good.Among the veg starters Peshwari Paneer Tikka was best and I will recommend everyone to try it because of a unique taste in their masala. But the showstopper was their Ajwani Fish -its every unlikely to find out such fresh fish in any regular buffet and that too so well cookedThe Chicken tandoori tikka had that nice flavor and was succulent but the Chili Pepper Prawns or the Jhinga was good enough to battle it out in terms of taste with Chicken Tikka so foodies if you are there try both of them. This was followed by the main course and there were several hits among which Paneer Lababdar deserves a special mention for the veg counterparts.Well cooked gravy with paneer chunks nicely sauted and served with the gravy.Loved their Fish Curry or Fish Ka Salan which will nicely pair with their Chole Pulao. The Dum Biryani had a nice texture ,less of masala perfectly balanced for the healthy foodies and loved it.It went nicely with their Adraki Mutton which was also lightly spiced ,may be dash of garam masala will do wonders to the curry which had such soft and succulent mutton pieces very uncommon in a regular buffet. The Hot Gulab Jamun ,Double ka Meetha and the Chocolate Ice Cream was something too much for the tummy to handle but how can a wonderful meal in such a beautiful setting can end without this royal desserts.A perfect place to take your family, have your anniversary or birthday celebration if you find Hitech adn Jubilee to be far from your places because very few places can offer this kind of ambiance and setting and at the same time food which is good, hygienic, tasty and reasonably priced.I would definitely visit this place again for ambiance and having a nice meal with my dearest family members and friends-a homely place with a fashionable outlook.
