The Middle Eastern cuisine, with its fresh ingredients and fabulous flavours is one of the most sophisticated cuisines in the world. Every dish must maintain it’s time-honoured tradition while catering to a versatile palate in the modern era. The khau galis of Lakdi-ka-Pul added a new gem to it’s crown in the form of ‘ARABELLA’ that is synonymous with Arabic and Lebanese to satiate all food cravings to satisfy the hungry soul.We were invited for a blogger’s session and the review for the place is as below:Drinks:The ‘Saudi Champagne’ was a non alcoholic drink made out of apple juice, sparkling water and had freshly cut apple and orange slices, topped with fresh mint.Soups:We started the meal with the traditional Arabic soup named ‘Lahm Shorba’ that had tender mutton chunks in a clear bone broth. Salads:The traditional salad ‘Tabouleh’ that had fresh veggies garnished with freshly cut parsley and pomegranate seeds was served next. The’Mexican Salad’ had fresh kidney beans , sweet corn, lettuce and other fresh veggies tossed in a signature dressing. The ‘Haystack Fried Chicken’ had crunchy fried chicken breasts tossed alongside a Hawaiian salad that had pineapples, fresh veggies in a homemade mayo sauce.Accompaniments :The ‘Mediterranean ‘Labneh’ had creamy tangy homemade yogurt sauce drizzled with olive oil topped with fresh parsley and fresh olives that went well with the fried bread served alongside. The ‘Moroccan Hummus’ had thin slices of chicken breasts tossed in a signature sauce served on a bed of spicy hummus. The spicy eggplant dip ‘Moutabel’ and the regular ‘Hummus’ was also finger licking good when paired with fresh and hot ‘Pita Bread’. Appetisers:The ‘Zafrani Fish’ had pan smeared Basa Fish in signature mediterranean spices served alongside garlic mayo dip which was absolutely delicious. The ‘Arabian Mixed Grill Platter’ had kebabs ranging from fish tikka, garlic prawns, mutton seekh and chicken kebabs ,all cooked in arabic style. The ‘Indian Mixed Grill Platter’ had a similar spread which was tandoored to perfection. The signature ‘Samak-al-Faham’ had fish marinated in traditional Mediterranean spices and grilled to perfection. The’Grilled Mutton’ had juicy tender mutton chunks that were heavenly delicious.Main Course:The ‘Mix Mandi’ had aromatic rice topped with dry fruits and served with traditional grilled chicken, juicy grilled mutton crunchy battered fish fry and mutton chunk cooked in cashew paste. The ‘Lamb Mansaf’ is a aromatic rice pilaf from Jordan served with a marinated fried whole mutton leg in signature spices.Desserts:The ‘Umm Ali’ is an Egyptian bread pudding in a rich condensed milk garnished with sliced almonds and pistachio. The ‘Cheese and Cream Kunafa’ is the queen of all arabic deserts that had had cheese wrapped in a crispy crunchy vermicelli covering that had mild hints of rose and was aptly sweet. The assorted ‘Baklava’ was flaky, crisp, tender, perfectly sweet.Recommendations: Arabian Laham Shorba, Tabbouleah,Morrocan Humus, Arabian Mixed Grill Platter,Lamb Mansaf,Umm Ali and KunafaAmbiance : 5/5, Food: 4/5, Service: 5/5, Price: 5/5, Overall: 4/5.

Arabella is one of the newest entrant in middle eastern food places. The joint serves some delicious Arabian and Lebanese food.Went here couple of days back to try out some of their food. I started the evening with their Mutton lahm shorba and few salads which comprised of Mexican salad, Haystick chicken salad and Tabbouleh. The shorba was really yum. The fine pieces of mutton were served in a thick, rich broth. Must try. Next up, I liked their Haystick chicken salad which was tossed in fine cubes of veggies and and crispy chicken. Really nicely prepared. I somehow felt that the tabbouleh was not up to the mark. They can certainly improve their tabbouleh. For appetizers, I had their Labneh, Zafrani fish, Samak al fahm and Arabian grilled mix platter. Labneh was a thick, creamy dip which was served with crispy bread. Highly recommended. Next up, their zafrani fish was melt in your mouth stuff. The fish was lightly seasoned with saffron and had a lovely texture to it.The samak al fahm was a grilled fish dish. I personally felt that the seasoning of the fish was a little lesser than what I expected. The grilled platter was by far the biggest surprise amongst all. It consisted of grilled chicken, mutton seekh, fish kebabs. The portion size was indeed a big positive over here. All in all, decent attempt. For mains, I had their Mix mandi which consisted of Chicken, Mutton roos and Fish. The mutton roos was clearly the winner for me. The meat was super tender and gave a lovely bite along with aromatic, flavourful rice.To end things on a sweet note, I had their Kunafa, Badami kheer and Baklava. The clear winner had to be their Kunafa with a crispy outer coating and a lovely cream cheese filling inside it. I would have to say that their Kunafa is worth trying.Overall, my experience with this place was good. I feel that the staff was work slightly on the presentation as well as some of the dishes that I highlighted. Happy eating.

This was my first experience to arabian cuisine and i am glad i chose this place . Definitely going to explore more of this now. The first impression was the beautiful ambience. I completely loved the whole vibe. I started my meal with arabian iham shorbha, which was for sure the perfect soup to have more delish starters. Their cheeseballs, hummus, muttabel, labneh everything was quite delicious. They even serve Indian mixed grilled platter and arabian mixed grilled platter, both met my expectations as well. For the main course we tried their mix mandi and lamb mansaf. The chicken and lamb both were cooked so well and tasted so well.Coming to my favourite part, their desserts. I so loved the desserts here, umm ali, kunafa and bakalava definitely recommended.

A group of us decided to visit the newly-opened Arabella and sample their cuisine. The place has two floors where the ground floor has table seating that can seat up to 4 people at a table. We were a larger group and we headed upstairs where there was traditional floor seating for families/groups. The place looks hygienic and the waiters are quick to serve you.We ordered the Laham Shorba which was such a delicious tantalizing soup with pieces of succulent meat shred in the soup. I felt it was a great appetizer.Next came the Tabbouleh and Mexican Salad. I felt the Tabbouleh could use a bit more tanginess and was slightly bland in seasoning. However, I loved the Mexican salad with it’s fresh, crisp veggies and I could eat a whole bowl. The Haystack fried chicken salad was nice, but not out if the ordinary. The mezze included Labneh, hummus, and Mouttabel which were not the best, but a necessity on the menu (considering they are serving predominantly Lebanese cuisine)They have two grill platters; one with Indian grill items and the other with Arab items. We tried both and enjoyed the garlic pepper fried prawns. The mustard chicken in the Indian one was really good. However the seekh kebabs failed to impress. Not only were they not seasoned properly, but they were really very very dry. One expects to have a juicy tenderness to a kebab that you enjoy before the main meal. The lamb mansaf was a beautifully cooked rice with lots of flavor packed in it. The mutton was tender and fall-off-the-bone, which is exactly what you want in a mandi. We also had the malai mutton in our Mandi and it’s so rich and melt-in-your-mouth.Coming to desserts, Arabella serves Badami kheer as well as the expected Arab sweets such as Baklava, Umm Ali, and Kunafa. The sweets were my favourite part of the whole evening. Loved the Kunafa and every other dessert was near perfect. Ended everything with a glass of Saudi champagne which was so refreshing with it’s tartness and crispness. Perfect to wash all that meat down with something like that.Overall ambience: 4 ⭐ (place could get noisy if too crowded)Pricing: 4 ⭐Tastes: 4 ⭐I’d definitely visit again with family. Although I’d avoid the dry seekh kebabs and stick to my favorites.

A new place in the centre of Lakdi Ka Pul. It has baithak seating as well as the tables. Has great desserts..Service is a great turn off here, there is no proper coordination. The food is average, nothing great..STARTER PLATTER: Prawns & fish were good, chicken & mutton kebab were almost bland..MANDI: The soup given with it was really nice, Mandi was between decent & great .The grilled fish in it was the star..KHUNAFA: Better than spice 6.BAKLAVA: Really liked the baklava here..FOOD: ⭐⭐⭐PRICING: ⭐⭐⭐SERVICE:⭐They really need to work on service with good coordination or else could face a great downfall.
