Fairly good place. Easy to reach and ample parking. The sunday buffet was amazingly good and value for money. Dont know why so many negetive reviews. At inr 444 you can’t expect better telugu buffet than this. Infact there are hardly any telangana/andhra buffet. Daspalla serves one during ugadi navratra season but that’s veg and at similar price range. Fish biryani, natu kodi, fish pakoda, gongura and dosakaya pachadis, tomato rice, potato curry. All were lip smacking. Didn’t taste goat head curry(talakaya kura) as I avoid organ meats but it definitely looked promising. Food was as spicy as telangana food is expected to be neither too much nor too little. Compared to buffet prices in hitec city this is a steal. Ambience is dim which compliments the place in scorching heat. It’s not dull by any means.Only grouse was that the regular water was not cold and the hotel which claims to be 4 star had disgustingly dirty and stinking toilet. Air conditioning in the restaurant and in reception not could have been better.

I have visited many restaurants in Hyderabad, and felt that Kuchipudi restaurant at Katriya Hotels & Towers is one among the best in the city. Taste of food is awesome. Especially mutton pepper fry, masala fried fish and kodi palav are good. Hotel ambiance is also very good reflecting South Indian culture.
On one Sunday we wanted to go out for lunch, didn’t had any plan on our mind and left the home. While driving, went towards Somajiguda side, then saw the Katriya board and thought of trying this as sometime back one of our cousin told that food in Katriya is very good. The hotel was looking deserted, not many people are seen. Even the parking area is very much vacant. The main hall at the entrance reflects the standard of the 3-star hotel. Went to the Kuchipudi restaurant whose entrance is next to the reception area. The interiors are decent and only one table is occupied. All others are vacant. Then ordered Kanda vada as starter , Guthi Vankaya, Phulaks, Bisibele bath as main course, Paramannam as desert. Didn’t feel anything special about any dish. They are okay, but they costed us a bomb. Even the service has been very bad and is slow. We felt we have spoiled our Sunday lunch. It was a disappointment.
The worst place in Hyderabad. The worst service , the worst food, if there are more banquet bookings Ac won’t work in complete hotel. The most better place to suffer if u wish too.
Though the ambience is great and restaurant is glittering.. Food is not up to the mark.Thought of having south Indian meal and went with colleagues. But disappointing..
