Veg Manchuria dry (3/5) Could have been better.It was a little too crispy for Manchuria.American chop suey (2.5/5) Didn’t quite like it. It was high on tomato sauce and hence was sweet. Veg Manchuria wet (2/5) The starter tasted much better than the curry and didn’t go well with the rice.Schezwan rice (3/5) It was good. A little on the spicy side.Price: Rs 700 for 2
I am a fan of chinese food and love to visit places that serve close to “real” chinese food. Tung kein is one such place that serves mouth watering chinese food. This place though not “flashy” can be identified easily. We ordered corn soup, which was just the right portion . We ordered chilli Panneer half and garlic noodles. Though felt the salt was excess in panneer starter, noodles were just perfect and amazingly tasty. Egg fried rice was served hot. The prices were very reasonable and I would love to visit this food joint again!
The food here is really good and even the ambience but i think the price is little on the higher side but otherwise neat and clean place and also a very good joint for love birds.
Didn’t expect the Chinese cuisine food will be so good from here. The mixed fried rice is worth trying – it has both chicken & prawns (rarely does any restaurant give such fried rice). Tung Kein chicken dry was also good. Worth trying this place.
