Dropped in for a post midnight snack at 24/7 Gallery Café at Hyatt Place. Supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but deeply disappointed with the services. Firstly, there was no valet driver. Second, we weren’t shown to a table by a concierge and finally, the waiter could be more attentive to guests.Coming on to food, we ordered a Veg Burger and Cold Coffees, the former being a decent preparation. Decent portion and fulfilling too. However, the cold coffees were way too sweet.An overall less than satisfactory experience of a 4-star rated hotel.
