Went to check this new bar in town, Rika being a big aficionado of cocktails was looking forward to try this bar. Asked this passionate mixologist Nil to suggest his must try from the menu and he mixed up Rosemary and Grapefruit infused gin fizz perfect balance of flavors the tonic water didn’t dominate the flavors which is very important. Then I went a head to try the roasted red velvet cocktail made by their guest mixologist Roxanne from South Africa I was a bit skeptical since it had chilli infused vodka as most of them don’t get the spice levels correct but I was glad to have this as everything was perfect smooth, creamy texture from the condensed milk was what I needed. I paired the cocktails with veg chai dim sums which was again good. Finished the dinner with a delicious matcha ice cream and New York cheesecake. I would be visiting them more to try other cocktails in the menu soon.
