Hola Foodies.Today we will go to Roastery @banjarahills..I’d been to this place a couple of times and it’s been one of my favourite hangout spots in hyderabad , the last visit i had was a pleasant one with lots of food, this place is well known for its soothing ambience and delicious food, last but not the least the pictures come out crazy at this location…The dishes I tried were, below -1.Grilled chicken salad2.Onion Rings3.Cappuccino4.Fish and Fries5.Mushroom Risotto6.Nutella Blend..Food is great and the overall experience – 5/5
Best food I had recently. This cafe has great ambience and serves delicious food. Vibe is good there. It is crowded on weekends so better arrive 30 min before. Food and drinks were awesome. Don’t forget to eat their special onion rings and Nutella blend.
This place is well known because of it’s coffee. The smell of freshly brewed coffee can be felt as you walk into this place. I was here a few days with a group of my foodie friends. We got to try their different coffees- Cappuccino is something which is really good at this place and the art made on our cup was done in front of us, I was really mesmerized and enjoyed viewing the process of cappuccino making. Litchi cold brew was also really amazing and unique in it’s taste. And Appyfizz nitro cold brew is something a coffee lover should give it a try once atleast. We tried many appetisers even- Fried egg and mutton keema omelette(it tasted really good), chicken mac and cheese- Oh man! that delicious smooth cheesy flavour was just nailing this dish. Mozarella pockets, I think can be improved- it can be stuffed with bit more cheese. They have recently launched pizzas in their menu- 1. Peri peri chicken pizza : this pizza tasted so good with mild spiciness. The peri peri chicken added on the pizza was really perfect.2. Veg Flatbread pizza with burrata : Burrata is an Italian cheese made with mozzarella and cream which is not at all easy to find. But this place is serving for it’s customers to enjoy that too at a very reasonable price. In desserts, we tried Brownies with strawberry and cream, it was really delicious. Chocolate and strawberry together tastes soooo good.We also tried Banana cake topped with banana and chocolate syrup, which was perfectly baked and I loved this too.I had a wonderful experience at this place. Going back to this place super soon, and I don’t think anyone can ever get bored of this place.#byinvite #review
The smell of fresh-made coffee is one of the world’s greatest inventions ! The Roastery coffee House is one of those few brands that serves you premium coffee’s. It was started by the brother duo Nishanth and Prashanth who have dive deeped into the art of coffee making and started this cafe. The brand always insists of high standards. A house converted into a cafe which has both indoor and outdoor seating. A place meant for both family and friends. I was invited here for a tasting session and it was one the best till date. The best part about it was Mr Prashanth letting us know the story behind very dish. First in was the burrata on Flat Bread Pizza unlike the others it was not in a shape of triangle and was a foot long pizza. The shape attracted us and then the flavours in it. The pizza is hand made keeping in mind the nutrition content to make it a lot healthier. Then came in the Mac and cheese pasta and the cheese pockets .The pasta was creamy with the right amount of cheese and the cheesy pockets could have been a little better if a lot more cheese could have been added for the filling. Then came in their speciality fresh brewed coffees. The coffee’s here are brewed for a long time so that it makes it less acidic in nature and is the right replacement for a beer. We teased our taste buds with the some bitter and sweet drinks. The coffee’s served were the guava coffee , the coconut cold brew and the appy fizz nitro cold brew. Every coffee had it’s own unique taste and one would start liking it not with the first sip but once you keep sipping it. Just to balance the bitterness , the lime Mojito and the Aam Paana Mojito. The drinks were not at all dissapointing and complimented the coffee well. Then came the drool worthy deserts such as the fruits and icecream , the Roastery banana and the bubble Waffle . The fruits and icecream was earlier served with only cream and is now being served with icecream. The best combination . Fresh strawberries on top with a spoon of icecream . The best combination. The bubble Waffle isn’t something you have to try . It can be avoided and the Roastery banana is something we all should try! A special mention is the burrata with roasted cherry tomatoes with garlic. A dish that made me fall in love with it the time I saw it. The burrata is a fresh cow milk cheese from Italy and this was actually imported from Italy itself. It is meant to be had with the bread and the tomatoes and garlic!
Visited this place twice. Had a decent experience both the times. Tried Spinach and Corn Risotto, Cottage Cheese in Paprika Sauce, Nutella Coffee Ice Cream Blend, Pink Sauce Pasta and Cheesy Potato Wedges. The wedges are nice and crispy. Potion size is very good. Cottage Cheese dish can be more spicy. The risotto was decent. Pasta was satisfactory and Nutella Blend was filling. The service can be quicker and better. The pricing is good enough. Worth visiting a couple of times.Food:- 3.5/5Ambience:- 4/5Service:- 3/5Value for Money:- 3.5/5
A cute villa looking pretty cafe which is always crowded with youngsters both on weekdays and weekends, they come here for their amazing pastas, pizzas, coffee.Even we went there one day to taste their newly launched pizza with burrata (which is a cheese formed in a pouch filled with cream and cheese) and that was literally amazing and worth trying. If you are a crazy coffee lover, try their nitro cold brew.We also tried their Mac and cheese which was really good and the best thing was their quantity, but when you go next time do try their newly launched Pizza with burrata. We also tasted only burrata with roasted garlic and cherry tomatoes to get the real taste of burrata and the combo really complimented each other.Must try: Pizza with burrata , mutton keema omlette platter, chicken Mac and cheese and brownie with ice-cream and chocolate.
This place is the best till date for a blissful ambience. However it can get bit crowded during peak hours. We ordered spinach corn sandwich, cheesy garlic bread, onion rings, brownie blend. The food was really great.I heard they do have great coffee too, but I’m not a coffe person though.
