One of the best restaurants!I was introduced to this restaurant on one of my shopping sprees by a colleague. We were bored of eating at the same old big branches of restaurant. (You know which ones I’m talking about, right?.. The ones with the OVER THE ROOF prices and bland tiny portions of food.) This restaurant is just behind the City Center Mall ( a 5 minute walk opposite to Karvy). I kid you not, the food served here is absolutely deliciousss!!Not only is it yummy, its also very budget friendly!Whenever I visit this place, I pig out and order as much as I can possibly eat. The restaurant is tidy and has a homely feel to it which I find very comforting. Apart from Chinese they serve thalis as well for those who are interested.The chicken starters are my absolute favorites!! I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff is friendly too. The starters are love, I can’t pick one, I love them all. (plus they are so cheap and budget friendly)I would definitely recommend everyone to try it out.This is especially awesome for families to come and eat after a shopping day.You can treat your irritating group of friends here as well who keep saying, party party party. Definitely go here instead of AB’s and Kholani’s, they are bound to like the food and it won’t burn a hole in your pocket too.
A yet another small place for chinese food called Linchow, located opposite Karvy on road no. 10, Banjara Hillls. I don’t know how this place is otherwise, I had no clue nor had ever heard of it before. We landed one night when it was heavily pouring, was quite late well past usual dinner hours and naturally very hungry. Coming across this place was luck by chance. We ordered items considering stocks in their pantry. The manager/owner was generous enough to let us order our stuff and accommodated our request in really late hours. After having to wait for very long time we finally got our orders on the table. The food was piping hot and fresh. Was it tasty too? That is a question. Not all items were really that great in taste. But we hardly had any option.Chicken manchurian was slightly burnt. The chicken soft noodles, fried rice and chicken chow chow was decent enough.Food- 2/5Service- 2/5Ambience-2.5/5Value for money- 2.5/5
One of the worst restaurant experiences in my lifetime. Wife found hair in food, but when this was brought to their attention, they said just put it aside! No new meal was offered. They claim to offer chinese but all their food is soaked with more oil than a paratha. Manager has a tendency to abuse lazy waiters loudly in front of all customers. One day after eating contracted severe diarhea. All respectable people and esp families should avoid this place.
