This is most disgusting experience The guy refused to serve food as he says he doesn’t have any change – go with my kids to eat – how disgusting is that , the best part is I can see change kept in his silver box yet he refused to serve food This is disgusting. Hate this stupid place Never in my life I have seen someone say that when you are serving food and that too this is supposed to be a part of Minerva , certainly not a small chain – just disgusted Wish them the worst Never go there as the staff are arrogant and untrained
Having ordered from them earlier on Zomato, I knew their Dosas are okay (nothing special). So I ordered again, but this time the experience was totally different.Dosas were all burnt, and were tasting bitter. Perhaps the dosa batter was spoiled but they used it for the Dosas anyway. The chutney tasted sour, it was probably spoiled too. Had to throw most of the order away. I felt insulted to have received such food from them. Upon raising a complaint with Zomato, they apologised and refunded some of the amount.
It’s the best place to spend some time in the evening if you are lucky to get the chair, otherwise you might end up standng or sitting at the fast food center adjacent to it. And to avoid their awkward looks, you will end up ordering some panipuri etc. The second thing I like is packing but they charge you 10 bucks for that, Except for cut mirchi masala and idly, I don’t prefer eating anything else here. The staff is lazy and rude.
very little place to adjust standing and eating and very little place to sit. Button idly with sambar is just delicious, Poori, Pongal — with lots of ghee on the top and finger licking, Dosa, Idly are very good. Taste delicious and Take away packing is worth. The Chutney and sambhar are just too good.
Hi.. I am a regular visitor of Minerva Maniconda Van during late night and has been into love with their dosa however for last 2 times, it has been a bad experience. I wanted to avoid to write this kind of review but after today incidence.. kind of forced to write this one.For last 2 times, their Minerva special dosa hasn’t been great which is also fine ( today half boiled potato and less spices which makes loose it tase) however when I and my wife complained about the half boiled potato , one of the guy who seems to be a new one on this van does become very aggressive and kind of misbehaves with his expression.. he not ready to listen and makes non customer friendly gesture which is not acceptable.. request Minerva to take action against this person or teach him how to take negative feedback positively..
