Order- Chicken Mughlai paratha via SwiggyPrice – 169/-After applying Swiggy discount of 50% and including 20/- packing n GST it came down to 111/-. Well I don’t know what is actual restaurant price and the bill didn’t mention it either.Overall it was not stomach filling for that price. A thing which would be merely 80-100/- max. going by the qty. n quality went beyond 100/- after 50% discount. That’s something to think about. 20/- for packing too didn’t justify. Minced chicken filling inside was bland. This is not like the Kolkata ones where it is a complete meal albeit at a less price. The only good part were – I got some onion slices along with it and it was less oily. May try out some other stuff in future at that place itself rather than ordering online.

Charcoal Eats-Desi food served hot ,tasty, lipsmacking with a fancy touch. The restaurant located at the Restaurant hub of the City and I would say its one of the best places which people can consider for dine in considering the price point ,the ambiance and the courteous stuff. Brilliant well lit place conceived by two techies a go too place if you want to have a Pav or Biryani with a twist .When to comes to fancy fast food we consider our firangi Pizza and Burgers as our option to go out for but this place offering Desi food in style is bound to change the notion of tasty fast food.We went there as a huge group and tried out almost everything in the menu-Started off with their teas which were lovely and honesty each on of them had unique flavor loved their Masala chai.Over a nice session of chit chat with friends we tried out their French fries dipped in different sauces-BBq,the spicy Peri Peri each having distinct flavors and having the crispness to enjoy a perfect chai with the crunchy munchy fries.Over a game of UNO we settled for their mini sized Pav stuffed with perfectly cooked galaoutis which were heavenly, melt in mouth. The fusion was brilliant and was even surprised by their Chicken Keema served with Bread .The Rolls were also juicy ,the paratha on the top nicely cooked and stuffing was decent and taste wise again brilliant.Than came their Chicken Muglai Paratha again brilliantly made and to me its surprise considering the time they took to pull it off and the too so soft, succulent and taste wise authentic.A must try.We went for one of their meals -brilliantly cooked Butter Chicken having the right balance of spice ,marination and a perfect gravy with chunks of chicken is a must try here and pair it up with Malabar Paratha or their Wheat Paratha. As we were enjoying our board games sipping down their refreshing Kaccha AAm Mocktails-we thought of ordering few Biryani. Special mention goes to their Awadhi Biryani having such a wonderful balance of spices and chinks of soft, well cooked mutton pieces to go with their rice which is also of good quality. The Afghani Chicken Biryani was also brilliant and it went well with the Chicken Starter Platter -which had nicely cooked Chicken Tikkas and KebabsI would give credit to the hygiene of the place and the effort they have taken to use ecofriendly plastic wares for serving. We summed up a nice session of chitchatting, playing board games with friends with some wonderful desserts-The Chocolate Mousse ,Rabdi and Gulab Jamun were dessertlicious.I would urge people to dine in here and have nice meal with their friends and families Must try-Awadhi Mutton Biryan,PavWow-The Galaoti ones,Afghani Chicken Biryani,Kaccha AAm mocktail.Chocolate MousseDo follow me @chromejoy22 my insta handle more lovely pics and more updates

At one point or the other everyone has thought of opening a burger or momo joint, or a Roll corner business or some other fast running restaurant business in the format of a Fast food restaurant or what is called a QSR. The QSR industry is one of the fastest-growing industries of the world. However, let’s have a deep dive into the real meaning of a QSR. A QSR or a Quick Service Restaurant is a restaurant format in which customers are offered food that is pre-prepared in a central kitchen and assembled in the local restaurant kitchen outlet. The service style is mostly self-service, and the table turnover rate is deliberately kept high. QSRs are relatively cheap, clean, food options that run on the buying instinct of the consumer. This is one of the key reasons why quick-service restaurants are strategically positioned in high footfall market areas. Even in India with take-out culture and a rise in the number of working professionals and millennials, the fast-food industry has seen a rise like never before. Thus, there are also a huge number of entrants in the industry and an even greater number of aspirants, which makes it the most competitive restaurant format. Moreover, whenever we hear of the popular QSR chains, the names that instantly pop-up in our minds are generally KFC, McD, Subway, Chick-fil-A or Wendy’s. All of these brands generally serve burgers, sandwiches, subs or pizzas but is there any QSR that would serve authentic Indian food on-the-go? Charcoal Eats, a brainchild of Anurag Mehrotra was founded way back in 2015 & started off with a flagship store in Mumbai. Charcoal Eats offers traditional Indian cuisine with a modern twist. Ith hosts all-day snacking options at various price points in dine-in, take away and express format. The offerings include a wide array of Biryanis, Rolls, Loaded Fries, Starters, Puff Pizzas, Beverages & Desserts. Since then, Charcoal Eats has expanded across 12 cities with more than 50 outlets & has plans to expand in tier-II cities as well. The land of Nawabs, Hyderabad also got blessed with a franchisee of Charcoal Eats situated on the most popular & ever hustling Road No.36 in Jubilee Hills. This outlet is a small eatery which can host 15-20 pax easily & the ambiance of this restaurant is simple with the well lit floor with cute Chinese lights. Starting off with their in-house bottled juices including Shikanji & Kacha Aam, we started off the fare with their signature Loaded Fries; the flavors included Barbeque, Chilli Garlic, Schezwan & Tandoori. This was a new concept of serving fries with native curry sauces & set the right mood for the evening as all of them were very flavourful. Next up was Mutton Keema with Pav bread; I must say the Keema was really well-prepared in terms of flavor & it should be the to-go option for an evening snacker. Chicken Galouti Kebab Pav was another dish that had a deep-fried patty made out of Chicken Galouti Kebab served with onion & sauce; a really good option for enjoying the essence of Kebab in a burger format. Chicken Seekh Kebab roll was another dish that made its way to the tables which was really tasty and spicy; a must-try from the Rolls section. Moving to the mains, we were served Afghani Chicken Biryani, Butter Chicken, Paneer Tikka rice bowl, Awadhi Mutton & some parathas. I would definitely recommend Afghani Chicken Biryani & Paneer Tikka Rice bowl. Finishing off the meal, we had Gulab Jamun, Rabdi & Chocolate Mousse, of which I liked the Chocolate Mousse. Overall, Charcoal Eats is very much in line with their goal of bringing forth delicious, high-quality food available to consumers across the country. Moreover, their on-the-go packaging is designed for customer’s convenience which is really good. Nonetheless, this place serves modern Indian cuisine with a wide range of varieties of veg and non-veg in their menu which should be a to-go place for everyone for having some quick delicious Indian cuisine.

Visited this place looking at the reviews, considering it might be a good experience, but naah. Not up to my expectations. Very small place which could accomodate nearly 20 customers at once. Tried chicken starter platter, chicken tikka biryani, tandoori loaded fries. except the fries, the platter and the biryani are totally not worth it. The rice is not completely cooked and tasteless.

Ordered the Afgani Biryani, tandoori fries and chicken seekh kebab. The biryani is a must try, very flavourful. And the tandoori fries and seekh kebab pav was good too.
