Sometimes you might end up going to the right place at the wrong time. It was evening and I wanted to go to this new cafe and have some nice desserts. We entered and were seated on high chairs. As soon as we asked for the dessert menu, the staff told that only 3 options were available which was very disappointing. They had a mango pannacota, bitter chocolate mousse, and some other ordinary dessert. I wanted to try the blueberry pie or even cheesecake but they didn’t have either in stock. I asked the staff to check again if there were any other desserts available and he told me a brownie was available. Now when you go to a high end exclusive cafe you expect extraordinary food. I definitely did not go to the cafe to have a brownie. I can have that at any normal bakery. Now since desserts were not available I thought of having starters. There were only 3 veg starters. With very little choice I was forced to order mushrooms in filo cup. The starter came after a long time and the quantity was a little less. Taste of mushroom filling was good but a little spicy. The filo cup in combination with the mushroom filling was ok. Staff are attentive. Rates are high but I don’t mind paying if there are unique items which you don’t get elsewhere. I. Giving the 3 stars only for the amazing ambience. They gave two sections, one small sofa section for a group of people and then the bar/cafe section. We were seated in the bar section. Now there were only high chairs in this place. If you want to consider as a cafe also, they must keep comfortable sofa chairs and tables. The place was a little too compact. The chandelier on top was elegant. Upstairs they had two sections for private parties which were very elegant. In my opinion the bar section is too small for the ambience. A long hall would have made the place more elegant. They also need to offer more snacks and lunch/dinner items. Go strictly for the ambience.
Serefe café and malt is one of the newest fine dining places in Jubilee hills, which is perfect for corporate meetings and get-togethers.They have a wide ranged menu which is mostly continental and they serve cocktails with fresh fruit juices and not using syrups for the flavours. They also have seperate dining rooms under bookings at a particular price package.Visit this place for a perfect fine dining experience.
Visited this place recently with a few foodie friends and i must say i was awestruck. I expected it to be like any other cafe but this is no less than a five star property. Such amazing ambience.Starting with the food firstly we had the roasted Asparagus soup with a slice of garlic bread. Totally loved it.Then we had a made to order small platter of starters and mains. The starters were too delicious, we kept asking for more and more. The main were the perfect amount and the middle eastern lamb chop was my personal favourite. The desserts were a delight to have. Starting from the cheesecake to the dark chocolate tart. Just amazing .Highly recommend this place to everyone

Located in Road No. 59, the lane next to Fab India at Jubilee Hills, ‘Serefe cafe and malt’ is an ornate lounge and bar that dishes out Asian/ Italian/ Indian cuisines. As the name indicates, this bar provides you with the best single malts, exotic cocktails and premium cigars! Also, their PDRs offer different dining packages that are customizable. So guys, If you’re simply in a mood to splurge( ’cause why not? ), Serefe is an ideal choice!AmbienceThe interiors of the place are plush with dim lighting, a stylish bar counter displaying malts, floor-to-ceiling mirrors adorning the walls, colossal crystal chandeliers that are suspended from the wooden ceiling and royal blue carpets spread across the floor. They’ve got two PDRs with an attached mini interior balcony and each room can accommodate about 12-15 people. There’s a pretty outdoor seating area as well!FoodWe started our meal with a complimentary amuse bouche- poached plums in red wine with goat cheese!SOUP* Roasted asparagus and green peas- Served with a garlic bread, the soup was thick in consistency and flavoursome! ( 5/5 )APPETIZERS( VEG )* Red quinoa & sweet potato patty- Mashed sweet potato and quinoa along with other spices are shaped into mini patties & pan fried! The patties were crunchy from the outside & soft from the inside. Served with sriracha dip, It tasted so healthy & delicious. ( 5/5 )* Balsamic soy marinated mushrooms- Shredded mushrooms marinated in balsamic soy sauce are stuffed in filo shaped into parcels and baked! The pastry shell was soft & buttery and the mushrooms were quite filling. ( 5/5 )* Chili water chestnuts- Sliced chestnuts tossed in lemongrass, basil and Asian sauces! It had a crispy texture and tasted sweet & spicy. I could hardly taste any flavour from lemongrass & basil, though. ( 3/5 )NON VEG* Basil chicken- Succulent chicken chunks marinated in basil sauce and other spices are grilled to perfection and topped with baked egg white foam! Must try. ( 5/5 )* Ocean crumbed prawns- Giant prawns coated with bread crumbs are deep fried to perfection and seasoned with cayenne pepper! They were super crunchy. ( 4/5 )* Chicken roulade- Rolled chicken breast stuffed with pesto and glazed with olive tapenade are baked! The meat was tough and the filling can be improved in terms of taste. ( 3/5 )* Rosemary infused lamb patty- Lamb patties infused with rosemary are topped with blue cheese! The dish smelled pretty pungent and the taste was bitter( probably It’s from the blue cheese ). Personally, I couldn’t handle it! But I would ask you to go ahead and see if you can develop an affinity towards it!MAIN COURSEFor the main course, we’ve tried many small portions from both veg and non-veg categories and out of all, the one that stood out was their lamb chops( 5/5 )! Served with mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, the chops were crunchy and scrumptious. Another hit dish was their half chicken with BBQ sauce( 5/5 ). Chicken rubbed and perfectly grilled with BBQ sauce was glazed with an in-house sauce! It was simply an outburst of flavours. From the veg category, I loved their cottage cheese slab served with marinated veggies and barley rice( 5/5 ). The succulent grilled paneer glazed with some sauce was simply delish. Another must try is their veg green thai curry served with jasmine rice. We’ve also tried Fish moile and arborio that tasted pretty decent.DESSERTSSo, we’ve tried white & dark chocolate mousse( 5/5 ) and champagne cake( 4/5 ). The latter wasn’t presented well, though.DRINKSI’ve tried a couple of cocktails- My passion( vodka based ) and Spice it up( gin based ) and they were truly refreshing with great presentation! The staff in here are well trained and they were extremely polite!VFM- 4/5; Service- 5/5
