This is a great place to try fusion food, offers good service and has a beautiful decor. The Kashmiri pulao, chicken starters and Gulab jamun cheesecake with Mango sorbet were standout dishes. The Mango sorbet is one of the best sorbets I have tasted till now. Apart from the price, which was a bit on the higher side, it was a great meal and a must try place for all fusion food lovers.
Was here last week with my family for my birthday dinner. Essence Fusion has a terrific ambience, undoubtedly is on par with any good fine dining restaurant I’ve ever been to, in terms of ambience. The service here was decent. Food however wasn’t impressive.Ordered Essence Tandoori Veg Platter, Paneer Lasagne and Veg Biryani. From the platter, janglee mushroom kabab tasted good. Rest of the dishes were average. Paneer Lasagne was also not up to the mark, the serving portion was very small in my opinion. Veg Biryani tasted poor, was probably my least favorite among all the dishes.It was a below par experience over all. Usually restaurants with smaller menus concentrate on the quality and taste, but I was disappointed with Essence Fusion as they have a very small menu, still the food wasn’t up to the mark.Ambience – 5Service – 4Taste – 1.5Value for money – 1___________________Overall – 2
A nice place for Indian Food.The presentation and ambience is sophisticated with nice upholstery sofas and mirror work walls and ceilings.We tried their full course non veg meal . Starters , Kashmiri pulao and Dal makhani were superb . We changed the fish dishes with veg options ,and the staff obliged . However the paneer butter masala was very bad.The dessert could be improved a bit.Mango souffle could be made softer and creamier. Overall a nice family dine in place.The service could be improved.

So heard about this place from lot of people and friends. So, thought of trying this place.It’s Located somewhere in Jubilee Hills. It’s easy to locate also. Place is little expensive and they take most of the time booking only as they have limited seats. Ambiance is awesome! Truly a Fine Dinning place. To be frank its a very romantic place. People can go with there better half or can go for Family dinner also. Service is also very good. Food is also good. They serve wide verity of menu. They do have fusion menu too. Liked the Starters too. Been to this place recently through an invite .But my review will be totally unbiased. Essence Fusion ,Its one of the best fine dines in jublee hills . Right from the entrance you get that luxurious feel .Hats off to their detailing to each and every thing in the restaurant.Coming to their service , it was really good .The stuff was hospitable and gave good suggestions .Coming to the Food , just mind blowing .And their presentation is top notch .Tried a variety of dishes. All of them were good .But I would recommend the following :1.tandoori Broccoli and Cauliflower2.chandni Malai Tikka3.shikampuri Kaleb4.butter chicken5.basil chicken tikkaAnd in Moctails tried their chilli guava, strawberry dilkush, jeera cola, Berry cooler . They were all good .Comming to Desserts Tried their Gulab jamun cheese cake and carrot halwa cake .Both were really good and tastyOverall A good place for friends and family .Pricing is a bit heavy on your pocket but its all worth it .
