Ordered vegetable biryani from a pure vegetarian restaurant.. it turned out to be a cockroach biryani..I want ZOMATO to look into this , with respect to hygiene we choose Zomato blindly if this is the case u will loose on your trusted customers only because of *hygiene*. Refund or a coupon can never solve such cases, it’s about health and trust of your customer. All the business are only running bcz of the customers, it is not that we are eating for free, when we are paying we want that good and neat quality of food. All the bad is reflecting on #Zomato now. Please take immediate action against the #restaurant! Before certifying the #hygiene of the restaurant please inspect now and then so that this doesn’t repeat. Stop taking people’s health for granted.Thank you.
