Full on bogus hospitality , nomber one morons staff heired at alambagh store . I booked an eggless cake , when i got the ordered product . Totaly diffrent on garnishing leval . When i asked to store manager/cashier , he said “ abb to yahi lena padega tumko , batao karna kya hai abb ? “ Means they hav no apologization in words . I asked them to refund my pmnt . And he refunded with smile bcoz “ mai to bech hee lunga is cake ko , function to ap ka khrab hoga na “ . Overall i got my cake from JJ bakers . And happily enjoyed my function.
