I have been going to this Sweet shop for a while and its always a good experience. Although service might be slow at times but the quality is always nice.But my experience shattered last weekend, on Saturday morning i.e. 2/02/2019 I ordered 8 samosas, 8 khasta and half kg of desi ghee jalebis(thats how Subhash calls it).Samosas were fine and so were the jalebis. But when it came to khasta, they were cold, even the chola and potato veggies they serve were cold.I got all this around 10 am. Well I was very disappointed as the kachoris were stale and so were the veggies served along with them.I go to Subhaas because of their quality and if they are serving stale food I will have to think it over. Usually a sweet shop or for that matter even if you are going to the road side vendors for some snack, they would tell you if something is not right with their food and will suggest that you either wait till the produce ordered has been freshly prepared or order something else.I live in a joint family, I have kids as young as 5 years old and elderly people who are in their 90’s in the family.This STALE food could have been poison for any of them. Even for us. I would highly recommend the management to put the staff in order and not to make benefits over petty earnings.8 Khasta I ordered cost mere 96 Rs and I am pretty sure that its a small amount of money to be making benefits for a shop like this.
