Be ready to be amazed for I present to you the city’s first cricket-themed restaurant – The Pavilion. They have their own private lounge and soothing dining area with all the artifacts of the great Indian sport. The ambiance is just legendary, every little detail is carefully looked into and arranged so as to retain the cricket theme. The decorative items used are flawless, everything from bats and helmets to posters and logos. Even the ceiling has the stadium in it!The food here was just finger-licking, every flavor was distinct and combined with the dining experience, the food became more and more delicious with every bite.We tried the Virgin Mojito which was just awesome and appetizing.Next up was the Oreo Shake and trust us, it is a must-try. It had all the qualities of a perfect shake. It quenched the thirst while relaxing the mind and with the taste of oreo, it was nostalgia. Then we feasted on the White Sauce Pasta which was just indescribable. It was a soft and juicy penne pasta, which was properly boiled to perfection, with the sauce swirling around and each bite made the heart want more. You just couldn’t have enough of it and we all felt it could’ve used more sauce. The vegetables used such as bell pepper made it even more tempting. And finally, we tried the star dish- The Murgh Hyderabadi biryani. This dish can easily be called Heaven in a bowl. It’s aroma is beyond compare and with every breath of it’s heavenly smell, hunger became harder to control. The onions mixed with spices and the touch of coriander along with the chicken as soft as silk and rice so tender it was irresistible. The Pavilion is the perfect place for those who want to dine with Kings of Cricket amidst an atmosphere created deliberately to showcase the history of Indian Cricket.
