I ordered dinner and when i open the packet it was all mixed. U can not eat it and when I talked to the restaurant he talked in a rude way he was not admitting his fault neither the delivery guy. Though later on zomato refunded my cash and aplozise apologise for the inconvenience. But the way palm delight is responded it was the worst. They must realise how to deal with the customer. Worst ever customer delivery by palm ddelight. They need some school how to talk with customers.
good food
Food was okay, nothing great. Service was poor. I ordered noodles. There were only veggies. Noodles were hardly there in the dish. The paneer tikka was nice. Handi Paneer seemed stale and paneer pieces were very small
paneer gravy is sweet in taste and less spicypacking is not good because dal is spread out
