food was good but they are charging services charge .when i refused to pay they said its mandatory for them and all other restaurant too . (They said they are charging for ac service )
paprika is the last place i would wish I’ll go.i accept that their biryani is nice but they neither have manners nor management.they got two sections for the foodies one is kinda open air and the other is indoor ac zone with a nice decor (well spent money over) and for that they eventually charge you and dont even get you a bill, they simply say this is your total amount with gst and the other holy charge and may god forbid you if you ask by mistake what holy charge except the gst, they yell/shout and say andar ac me baith ke khaogy to uska charge bhi dena padega na. paprika guys no offence you can take your charges but learn some manners before you serve foodies. id give a zero star but that ain’t possible. shut your restraunt, learn some manners or hire better staff with a not yelling cashier on the counter who generates bills and then open your restraunt back.
