Rating purely based on Two items I Tried today..First I tried Suji k batashe (Paani Puri) which was served with Teekha paani and Khatta Mitha paani. They r Top Notch, Now I have a place near janki puran where I can get Suji k batashe.Then I ordered Vada Sambhar which was Served with Coconut Chutney and Sambhar. I expected that Vada will be cooked only when ordered but the Vada which was served to me appeared to be Cooked Prior and Heated in oven then served Though it tastes good. Freshly cooked Vada should be crisp however in this case it was soggy had it been Fresh the rating will be 4stars nevertheless I may revise it on my next visit as I like the ambience, hygiene and staff service.
