I visited Tunday Kebabi as it was a must visit when in Lucknow. The place is mostly run for delivery with a small family seating area inside. The service is quick. I tried their Chicken Biryani which was served with raita that was a bit watery. I also tried their Roast chicken which was good in taste.
Visited the place during my pit stop in Lucknow. People raved about the place so I had to give it a try. As soon as you enter its chaotic. Seating area is divided into two floors but it was quite mismanaged. Anyhow after finding a decent place to sit we ordered, laccha paratha, tunday kebab which ofcourse is the speciality along with tandoori chicken and biryani. I must say kebab were outstanding. It simply melts in mouth. Tandoori chicken as an appetiser was same old. Biryani is bit different than other places. If looking for hygiene this isn’t the place for you but considering the kebab one must definitely visit.
If you love mutton and you are in lucknow..the first place you should visit is surely Tundey kebabi.No other place in lucknow serves a better galauti mutton kebab than this one. Chicken kebabs are a must have dish.If you are allergic to Spucy food, Dont try Roasted chicken.This place is Cash Only and Pocket pinch!
Had this TUNDAY GALAWATI KABAB AND MUGHLAI PARATHA at TUNDAY KABABI, AMEENABAD.Galawati kabab was invented for the nawab of Lucknow. The Old Nawab had no tooth and these kababs were easy to eat. The tender juicy kabab were believed to have a mix of 150 spices.Kabab is made with minced meat and adding raw papaya, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, roasted poppy seeds, grated nutmeg, chilli powder, cardamom, cloves, cinnamons, peppercorns etc.The taste of these famous galawati kababs is so tempting and delicious.A must try place for every non-vegetarian.
We were on a tour in Lucknow last month and obviously we would hear about Tunday Kababi and our friends took us there! We tried almost all their dishes and we just loved their Galouti Kebabs. They were so flavourful and melting in mouth! The Lucknowi Biryani wasn’t so good when compared to Hyderabadi Biryani and the Kebabs of Hyderabad can’t beat Lucknow in Kebabs!Got some kebabs in the airport also to take them home!We went to this place twice in our tour. It was worth the hype and still missing it. It would be amazing if there is a way to get them to Hyderabad directly

The melt in your mouth flavoursome goodness and smokey smell of galaout kebab more popularly known as tunday kebab is irresistable. For the best galaouti kebab(mutton/beef) experience, this has to be there in your bucket list!Their chicken biryani is very authentic and delicious from the mughlayi cuisine. The aroma of the flavour is intoxicating. A plate of biryani has 2-3 small chicken pieces. Served with onions, raita, and green chillies the biryani here is absolute favourite of mine.They now have got a proper seating area for families.Definitely a paradise for every non-veg lovers. Highly recommended!
No words for these legendary Kababs. As you reach the outlet you can see Kababs being cooked just outside the outlet ,the first look of the steaming hot kababs being made in front of you makes it even more interesting ,Kababs with Paratha is what I normally eat ,Not a great fan of Biriyani though, yet is was normal .A bottle of Cold drink, along with the kababs made the combination more interesting .I Have eaten Kababs at their various outlets but they taste best here .Would like to come here again and again.
