Worst service by Kerela House and Cafe. Yesterday evening I ordered 2 masala dosa and 2 paneer dosa but I got 2 masala dosa and 2 paper dosa when I complained to Zomato about this on app they took the restaurant side they did nothing they simply said we will take care that in future this thing didn’t happen again with you. Zomato is totally supporting to restaurants and not to their customers. Zomato is doing fraud to their customers with the help of restaurants they never listen to their customers. Swiggy is best their first priority is customer then restaurants owners but in case of Zomato its just opposite so I kindly request all customers of Zomato to please read my comment before ordering from Zomato so that no one like me again feels cheated.
