1st of all positive points good ambience, polite staff, food tasty and hoti the mark.coming to negative point :- the amount of food were not sufficient as per the cost, they charge rs 35/- for mineral water and don’t even give you option to opt for normal Water. I went there for bday treat with 20 friends and ended up having a skyrocketing bill., which was not at par with quantity .
Food are good BUT service could be little bit quicker.by the name Ambience is quite good. Stuffs are friendly and well behaved.3 roti 3 rice one paneer dopiyaja one daal fry cost us 700 including GST.
For the three days stay in Varanasi, we chose this restaurant and the combined hotel Vibhav Harsh. It is a nice and cosy restaurant with good dishes in the menu. Had the chance to savour the Chinese as well as the Indian dishes all at once. The sweet and corn soup is too good. Even the waiters are well behaved but but whenever we ask for the bill, they keep on charging 5-7 INR extra apart from the V.A.T and other service taxes. Glad we came here because it is nearby to the Dashashwamed Ghat.
Albience is a nice place to eat if you are bored with yummy street food of Varanasi. Interior is nice and they serve a variety of cuisines, ranging from chinese to north indian to south indian. They have the lower ground floor dedicated to south indian cuisine.We ordered Dal Makhni roti and chicken soup. Dal was ok ok but soup had a problem, as there were bones in them, which is the reason for lower rating.
It is a nice little place right in the center of the town. It is near the ghats, but provides a peaceful dining experience. Since we were staying in the hotel, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in this restaurant. The menu card here is seriously confusing.Ambiance – The interiors are warm and soothing. The seats are comfortable. The ambiance is what one expects for a family restaurant.Service – The staff is generally courteous. The waiting is not much for lunch and dinner. However the breakfast service is very slow.Food – We mostly had vegetarian food here. I would recommend everyone to try lemon coriander soup, dal tadka and kofta. The staff had recommended us to try baked veg. But it was good. It had a mixture of vegetables like paneer, cauliflower, beans, carrot, tomato, pea in a white sauce. Not worth it.The portion size is according to the price. It is good place to have food peacefully away from the hustle & bustle of the town.
