This place is really awesome for some nln veg dishes,mutton,chicken etc and the service is also royal.i loved the shahi tukda they provide as a desert
Upon entering thee restaurant we were greeted by a fine gentlemen who took us to waiting area as there was rush. So, starring with aura, its beautifully managed with foggy like atmosphere and well lighting but the AC temperature was ineffective.Talking about food then kareems serves you one of the best non-veg variety and taste so thats been upheld here also. One thing which is satisfying is that if few of your friend is vegetarian so they will find more options in veg here as compared to other kareems in Delhi, noida and the taste is also good.Talking about few of the drawbacks, then its service is very slow, it took them 2 hours to complete our order which is little dissapointing. Also restroom is very messed up.So overall its been nice experience to be there.
Terrible management, have no idea on how to talk to a customer. Ordered galauti peshawari kebab, khamiri and naan, they sent me some some sort paneer kulcha instead of naan. I made a call to the restaurant, the manager instead of accepting his mistake started telling me that i may have had some different sort of naan till now and hung my call. Later on he tried to put the blame on valet and asked me to reach out to them for replacement of the order rather then they sending some one to do it
The place is amazing as the decor is outstanding. Moreover the staffs on duty were polite. Good etiquette was presented before us. Not only this the food was lipsmacking. I would surely suggest to have a visit there.
