This is one of those places which will shock you (in a good way) to the core, the food here really packs a punch and it can give even the best of the 5 stars a run for their money when it comes to serving authentic lucknowi cuisine.The biryani here is like indulging yourself in an aromatic experience like none other, the rice is really long and tender, just rightly cooked with a hint of safforn. Overall the spices used in the biryani are also very mild and not too overpowering, which is the best part.The mutton korma I had here was also one of the best I have tasted yet. Not too oily or spicy and with tender juicy pieces of mutton, it was heavenly. Rice is cooked in milk alongwith water and then succulent pieces of meat are cooked in Handi style with rice which in turns comes out to be Fantabolus Biryani of Idris. Try both chicken or mutton biryani as they both are equally excellent in taste. Many People dont know but you also get very good chicken masala at Idris
