This Restaurant comes under section Brasserie and its the only Brasserie Restaurant in Lucknow . Firstly Talk About the Ambience literally it is great they have focused on every details . They have a separate Hookah Parlour too.Comes to food Well I have to say they have some unique food in there kitchen . I tried Honey and Lemon Chicken which i liked very much then Cheesy Chicken Casserole , Potato Tomato Soup , Italian Style Baby Potato ,Potato Ala Kiev . Now you can see the resemblance here , you’ll not find dishes in Lucknow .

With anyone.It serves the best continental food and hookah in whole Hazratganj.FOOD -The food served us was well presented and delicious too.•Tomato and potato soup•Grilled chicken lemon cilentero salad•chessy chicken casserole•peanut truffle•potato ala kiev•honey and mustard chicken•italian style baby potatoThe food was amazing,tasty and presentation was up to the mark.I would suggest if you want some good non veg food ,this place serves you the delicious one.

Hukkah here is so good . And this place is affordable too . They also provide you with unlimited breakfast at just Rs 150 . As i am a hukkah lover i will visit here on a regular basis . I was completely happy after visiting here . I would definitely recommend you all to visit here and i would personally insist my friends to visit here too . For bloggers please do visit here and write some true and honest blogs about this place . Had this CILANTRO PESTO PASTA at BAKE & FLAME LA BRASSERIE, HAZARATGANJ.Cilantro pesto is made by taking rotini pasta and fresh cilantro with clove garlic, white wine vinegar, pine nuts, parmesan cheese and cayenne pepper.The taste of pasta was not as expected. It was not properly cooked even.Ambiance was subtle with separate section for hookah!
Bake and flame is a new brasserie with quirky decor , ample seating space, separate hookah lounge , live sport screening , gig-area and most importantly a vast and extensive carefully crafted menu by chef ilyas.By far , I haven’t seen such a humongous a la carte menu in whole of Lucknow.The dishes served are tasty , insta friendly , appealing and authentic !Bake and flame I suppose is an undiscovered gem in the heart of the city.It’s a must must go .Recommended: pesto chicken shawarma , brown canal shake, sparkling lime, kibbeh, baked chicken with kabsa rice , middle-eastern salad.
