Since we were staying at Ramada, we happened to have their breakfast buffet as well as lunch.Their breakfast buffet was quite nice and had the standard items a good hotel buffet has, for me the more important ones being Chicken Sausages, Bacon and Chocolate Chip Pancakes.Their lunch was a big disappointment. It wasn’t a proper laid out buffet but one could order as much from a limited menu. They had a lesser variety than a normal hotel buffet and almost all the items were badly made. Especially, in the Kadhai Chicken the chicken itself was raw. The service was decent but I was disappointed with the fact that despite requesting them for smaller portions so that the food doesn’t get wasted even though we get to try everything, they served their actual portions which resulted in a lot of wastage. For the lunch I’d give them a 2, for the breakfast a 4.

I visited the restaurant for lunch. Food took a little more time to be served but the wait was worth it. Ambiance is good and vibrant. Service was a little slow again. I ordered Dal tadka, Subz bahar, Murg Makhni and Murg awadhi biryani. Everything was scrumptious.

on our recent visit to Agra, we stayed at the Ramada. It is a beautiful property with warm &helpful staff. We ate the buffet breakfast and dinner at the Golden Elephant. The breakfast offers numerous choices -from prathas to dosa to croissants to donuts. The fresh donuts are simply delicious. you can choose your own toppings but I would highly recommend trying a plain donut. Chef Arpit was kind enough to ensure that we had fresh matar parathas served to our table. The breads tend to dry out, so I would recommend some attention there. The dinner I would rate as OK. The salad bar has a number of choices, but the spice level in the Indian food was a bit high for my taste buds. However – once again the staff is i credible. A special shout out to Chef Daya.

A very average buffet. The service is not so prompt. They are super slow. The fact that I ordered my drink to be had with my snacks and I got it after my main course. The food is very basic and doesn’t taste amazing too. They really should work on the food menu. The dessert menu has very less variety.

During our Agra visit, we stayed in Ramada Plaza which is a newly built property. Cafe Golden Elephant is their all day dining Cafe.Ambience is superb. Interior is like mughal architecture dining room. Lighting was soothing and located just near to the front desk.Though there was a huge spread of buffet breakfast, still most of the items were not upto the mark especially the Continental section. Oven Baked rolls were not Fresh except the Doughnuts. Most of the items in buffet were cold. Very limited options for fresh juices. Canned orange juice was more of sherbet. There was a cold water in juices section. I don’t understand what’s the requirement of cold water in such a buffet spread at a star hotel. Most of the times buffets were empty and parathas were hard. Very limited option if you are a Indian. What i liked the most is kulcha with chhole, idli with sambar, fresh cut fruits, egg omelette and cappuccino.Service was pathetic. No one was there to look. From cutlery laying to glass of water, we had to raise our hands. There were managers gathered together and were gossiping with each other with out customer support. This is not at all acceptable if people choose such a star hotel to stay.Food – 1/5Service – 1/5Ambience – 3/5

Ample of Options to choose from. I loved the Live Counter. I wanted to Have something different from the menu and Chef. Rajesh Very happily agreed to try his creative skills. Chef Rajesh is an Amazing Gentleman and cooks brilliant. Dont forget to meet him when you come here.Ambience was Great, Even Service was also Good, Special Thanks to Mr. Akhilesh who kept watch at every step if we wanted something.
