GREAT FOOD & GREAT SERVICE!!!Had dinner with family. Menu is perfect something for everyone. Steward gives you a very warm welcome, awesome ambiance nice place to visit with friends and family, Kudos to them for taking such a wonderful care of our family during our visit. My son had a wonderful time and liked that he could order special food and the chef would make it. highly recommended!!!
Today was my third visit to Kamats and my experience was nothing new.AMBIENCE: Beautiful! Loved the decor! Yellow dim lights set your mood the moment you walk in. It is too spacious with sofa and seats. You can easily go in large groups for a get-together or kitty parties.The entire setting is very pretty!BUT they did not switch on the AC in any of my visits. When I asked them if it was working fine, the manager himself turned it on and then switched it off after 5mins. They had around 5 ACs but none of them was switched on. Only little side wall fans were working. It was so disappointing because this power saving attitude didn’t go well with the beautiful ambiance.SERVICE: Too slow!! In all of my visits, we were served after 30 minutes when we just ordered a Dosa and a plate of Pao Bhaji. The day when we ordered Daal Makhani and Shahi Paneer with Butter Naan, that day they took 1 hour to serve.On top of that, the moment we finished our meal the servers came and handed us the bill, without us even asking for it!FOOD: Daal Makhani and Shahi Paneer was good. The quantity served was okay. Masala dosa and Pao Bhaji were below average. Didn’t like it at all. Such quality was not expected from a fancy place like Kamats.Overall, I am not planning to visit this place again for the fourth time.
