I had hosted a lunch for around 80-90 guests in Fortune InnGrazia Hotel’s banquet hall. Before the actual event took place, I made severaltrips to the hotel to discuss the arrangements, menu, and other details. Duringeach visit I was treated with good hospitality and received good suggestionsfrom the concerned staff. Banquet hall on the first floor comfortably accommodated theguests and standard round table seating was generally comfortable. Food waswell appreciated by most guests. There were 4-5 blind guests in the gathering as well. Whilefood was to be self-served from the buffet, hotel staff was accommodative toserve the blind guests on the table. They were also receptive to learn how toserve them properly. I provided a short orientation to one of the servers abouthow to best serve and assist a blind person, and his service was wellappreciated by all the blind guests. Hotels hospitality and service has been of excellent level. I will not have any hesitation inavailing their service again.
When we walked in we were given a buzzer and waited about 10 minutes for a table. The booth was roomy and comfortable. The service was fairly prompt but unfortunately the waitress disappeared for five minutes while the Ice-T sat there waiting for it to sweeten low and then they didn’t have any sweeten low.
i recently visited this place for family dinner.I was shocked by the #poor service, waited for around 30mins to get our food which was not at all tasty.as per their price it was not at all tasty :(#ambience was decent#service not goodtheir tadka dal was literally bad!
Brilliant Place!Very courteous staff, particularly the cheerful ladies in the restaurant!!The new chef is absolutely hands on, and often comes to suggest the best.The outside glass covered atrium area is very relaxing and a joy for ever.
