This restaurant is also situated at Hotel Lineage ground floor. Here also you would find both option Ala carte and Buffet. I had went for the buffet and it was just ok ok or can say it was better seeing the rate. It was not so expensive even little bit on the chaeaper side. However i would suggest that they should increase some varieties with increase in rate simultaneously. Paneer curry was not tatsy. Dal yellow was so tasty. Rest choley zalfrezi noodles manchurian were good. The ambience is very decent and place is very large. Sitting arrangements are good. Staff is curtious enough. Food was tasty service was quick and the place is peace full too . But when I went to review to this place I saw many review which I felt are not apt for this place . As it pretty decent.
It is located in front of Sahara hospital , We had organised a Mundan party in there lounge and it was good decoration from the part of lineage , But food could have been better, Over all average to good experience
I had gone to Cafe Delight for a quick meal, but to my utter utter disappointment, the folks there could not even get me the starters till a quarter hour had passed. Despite the late service, when the food arrived, it was good. Actually, better than food. I was struck with awe when I ate it.Anyhow, if you have a couple of hours to spend and are looking for a nice meal, I seriously recommend you give Cafe Delight a go.
I went to Lineage to have dinner at Urban Terrace but to my dissapointment it was all reserved, so we decided to head to Cafe Delight. The place was reduced to half it’s size as construction was going in the other half so it was not big and not what i saw in the pics. Talking about food, you get ‘Clear Chicken soup’ or ‘Veg Clear soup’ as per your choice. The soups were good. They serve two veg and two non-veg dishes for starters. In veg they had ‘Paneer Tikka’ which was good and the other was ‘Honey Chilli Potatoes’ which was also good. In non-veg they had the ‘Chicken Manchurian’ which was one of the best i ever tasted and the other was ‘Chicken Afghani’ which was decent. The main course had limited options. We had ‘Butter Chicken’ which was ok, not that good in taste. The ‘Butter Paneer Masala’ was pathetic, the paneer tasted sour. We had the chef taste it and he agreed that it was indeed sour and yet those guys didn’t care to remove it from serving. They replaced it with ‘Kadhai Paneer’ for us and that also tasted below par. ‘Dal Makhani’ was just average. The salad looked somewhat stale. Coming to ‘Bakery Bazar’, that’s what they call their desserts section, it too had limited options. We had ‘Chocolate Mousse’ which was not good. We then got the ice creams for ourselves. They said it’s Amul but infact it wasn’t and i can say that because i am an Amul fan and can tell from it’s taste that it was not Amul.Overall it was not a delightful experience and considering the food quality, a buffet price of 500 bucks seemed grossly overpriced.
