The place is simply fabulous, loved the food & the variety in offer. The staff is super courteous & will go out of their way to serve you well. The food is delicious & prepared with great care. A must visit for sure ! Kudos to every chef especially Chef Chinmay & Guest relations officer Devyani. Great job !!

This place is good but the service can be better. One pays a premium therefore needs to be felt as well. We had booked a table in advance and the seating allotted to us was not up to the mark. We were looking for a better view.The waiter was courteous enough to take our orders quickly and the food served was good too but the breads served to us was cold. Moreover tasted more like it was not freshly made. Once we finished the food the rest of the formalities took us 45 mins at the restaurant. On speaking to the manager in charge (Deepak) it took us another 10mins to wiind up.Probably better service could be provided.
My first visit to this place. First I was utterly disappointed that they didn’t serve a la carte. But I had high hopes from the ongoing awadhi food festival. Every single thing on the menu apart from the yakhni biriyani was mediocre. Nothing I would want a second helping of. Not even the desserts and that’s saying something.The ambience was good, the service was prompt and polite. And it was reasonably priced. Even the liquor was cheap.But the food was forgettable. Not Marriot-sy at all.
This was the worst experience ever of visiting a top Hotel Chain. The food quantity was too less and the taste was average. The staff were not fully aware of the gold benefits and kept us waiting.
