I booked the hall for engagement purpose.Really pathetic service.Air condition was not working half of the tine.And plus the sofa for bride and bridegroom was torn and they didnot change it.Lighting in the hall was not proper.not worth the money they charged rs1100 per plate.And when we told manager about it he was very rude and didnot listen to our side.I dont recommend this to anybody who searching for worth his or her money

This is the worst restaurant in Lucknow I have ever seen. This restaurant is the worst one because of the staff and service. They don’t even know how to talk to the customers. I suggest to all don’t go there because you feel very cheep because they don’t even understand that with whom you are going with.
This place doesnt deserve 4 star rating,the waiters dont know how to take order,the dressing of waiter doesnt meet the star criteria,the food is too much and the waiters are not telling the dish size thus wastage of food,service is poor.quality doesnt meet the star rating.wont visit again.
I went to dinner with my family on 3rd of December around 10:30 pm. I dined at the top most floor restaurant. I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of one of your staff (waiter) The whole scenario was that we ordered for bhuna murg but instead he brought us bhuna ghost. We very politely told him that is not what we ordered to which he came back with a very rude reply “aapne yahi magwaaya tha” to which i said that why will i lie, i’ll leave my food right now to which again, he said “khaana chod dijiye parr apne yahi magwaaya hai” If i would have not been with my family I would have left at that moment. The waiter is very very rude and very ill mannered. I am not disappointed with any of the other staff that’s why i left a handsome tip also. Thanks to him. I’ll never come to your hotel again ever.
