Initially,I ordered gobhi Manchurian and fried rice from this place, and it was so good that I went there for dine-in. We had paneer takatak, gobhi Manchurian and garlic naan. Food was quite delicious and ambience was nicely themed. Staff was too courteous and it actually felt like Lucknow (well mannered and soft spoken people). Overall nice experience.
Visited few days ago for my Brother’s B’day and we ordered Butter Chicken , Afghani Chiken , Murg Peshawari , and Chicken Biryani . All was good and tasty the most i liked Biryani just loved it and afghami chicken .In bread we ordered keema naan and believe me it was really yummy .Do try them if you’re in Gomtinagar
Sorry but I tried navratri Thali at Urban dhaba it was really worst food ever tried .as my sister having fast in navratri we think that urban dhaba serve hygienic , quality and tasty food but there was hair in sabudana kheer ,The food was not fresh , Sticky moisturized Papad(wafer) and Makhana(fox but)N rest of the food ain’t have the quality taste N for this worst food I paid approx 800rs for two Navratri thali . My experience with Navratri Thalia at Urban dhana is like the worst Nightmare .N one more thing that they serve in plastic Delivery plate at in there restro.
Chose this place as I wanted a nice family lunch. Situated in not so hush hush place in Gomti Nagar, a place where traditional Indian Dishes meet Modernization.The ambience is cosy and comfortable. The service was great, as the staff was very courteous.Coming to the food, in Drinks we ordered, Virgin Mojito, and a Green Apple Cooler. The drinks though refreshing were pretty average.In starters we ordered, Paneer Tikka, which was a treat to eat, and Dahi Ke Kebab, which I pretty much didn’t like. It had capsicum and tomato added to the curd mixture which over powered the starters, hence it was giving Uttapam like taste. They could definitely improve in that.I main course, we ordered Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhni, Lacha Paratha, Tandoori Roti and Butter Naan. Paneer Butter Masala was literally out of the world, and along with Lacha Paratha, it was a nice combo in itself. Dal Makhni was average in taste, it lacked little butteriness if I may add.All in all, it’s a great place to enjoy a lunch with your family and friends.
