Good service delivery doy
I ordered a bouquet of 8 purple carnations (Order #90314486526) as I had never seen them before and was excited about the colour, but:1. Pink carnations were delivered instead2. The bouquet looked ugly with no proper packing or green fillings3. As the bouquet was falling out, we opened it up to place the flowers in a vase. Only to discover that all flowers had short stems and other stems were attached with cello tape to make them look longer.4. When I raised a complained, I was threatened that if I did not share pictures within 1 hour, my case would be closed.Not only was a wrong product delivered, it was of utmost inferior quality. To top it, extremely rude customer service.
