This review was never intended, but the hospitality and smile on the faces of the hotel staff made me think. I just had to write a review.So I came to the restaurant at Cross Avenue and Bhagwat and his entire team was there to make this event special for me. From making sure that the message was was written to billing everything was perfect. He also offered me a Tiramisu cake to try and got coffee served for me. As did not even realise when the billing happened and the message was printed. Also a great thanks to the chef for going beyond and making the beautiful heart shape on the cake. I did not think about it. But he did. I think it is because of these small things that make a big difference. All the very best to the entire team.
Hospitality they are giving is very good. Proper procedure is followed by this hotel
