Recently, tried Chicken Burra Cream at Zaika Darbar in Nirala Nagar.I am a big fan of Aslam Chicken in Delhi and this one was quite similar to it, with obviously their own take on it.When prefect charred chicken is topped with butter, cream and spices, the result is a phenomenal and delicious dish.It was accompanied with Chicken Angara, which was smoked chicken gravy and Chicken Kali Mirch (pic missing), another delicious masterpiece along with Soft Crisp Tandoori Rotis.Shall visit it again.Hope the taste, consistency and quality is maintained. atnomani.wordpress.com
