4 because of ambiance, lighting,interior,library and food. Beside cook everything is perfect for cafe. Cook is lazy, slow and always use phone. Me and my friends have visited there around week ago at that time no one was in the cafe but suddenly cook came out of behind the counter. They have billing machine but he didn’t give us the bill. In most cafe first they give the bills then we have to pay and after that they prepare food. And they should also reconsider about seating and plane wall. These are few things which they should consider.
