Happen to visit Kanpur on official visit and went to revered Mama Bhanje ki Dukan for Aloo tikki, but was disappointed as main shop was close and additional stall was put up next to the under renovation shop. Aloo tikki was decent but can’t comment much about hygiene. Can be avoided and tried at Brijvasi if you can.
