The order was already placed, and the amount was also deducted from my Paytm, yet the food was not delivered. The delivery person apparently found out that the restaurant is closed for good, and yet they are taking online orders from customer. Zomato needs to verify its restaurants very carefully, it’s unacceptable that a shut down restaurant is shown active and takes deliveries from its unaware customers. Horrible experience!
