I was selecting the food and by mistake I did payment of approximately Rs. 900/- I wanted to change food items from list so I called immediately the restaurant and ask the process to cancel the order so that I can reorder it. they ask me to cancel the order from app and meanwhile they marked order is in under preparation. I didn’t get any single paisa in refund. I am feeling cheated. It all happened within 2-3 minutes.

Though I had ordered couple of times but extremely disappointed by the cleanliness.Appreciate the taste but hygiene is equally important specially in monsoons. The eating area is full of flys and they don’t even have hit or any spray just to get rid of them.Insensitive attitude even after complaining.
13 Mera grillz is a mediocre restaurant I say this looking at the competition that they have in the area!!! Though one commendable thing about them is the speed at which they prepare their food I haven’t ever been Disappointed from there delivery. That is what I generally use this restaurant for. Whenever I am in a hurry to get snacks or bread this is my go to place. But if by any chance you have a patience of around 30 mins a whole new spectrum of other restaurants open up for you.Another pro of the restaurant is their price the food is justified by the amount that they chargeA few recommendations: Breads, Mutton Seekh Roll, Achari chaap roll, Paneer TikkaA few things I won’t recommend: Malai Chaap Roll(A bit too chewy), a few chinese Item.The dine in of the place is also good and is a good hangout spot for friends. The staff and the service at the Dine in are also quite friendly and are ready to help you out in anyway possible.So if you are looking for a place that is light on your pocket and somewhere you can easily spend sometime with friends is then this is the place for you

Nice place to eat and order food dry chaap is very awesome but the speed of preparing food is slow and staff is not very polite. They could improve on speed of preparing food.
