Recently hosted an event for which booked their hall for around 40 pax. The time committed was 7 pm and till 8 things were not settled which was simply unprofessional. And i guess this is the only hotel in the world which charges you as per the pax and not by the plate, which is shocking. Pathetic management, was a mistake to book this place.
Not reliable, worst service in kanpurThey are fraud people. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing is good here. Even you can not trust on them that your goods, cash and other things are safe in this hotel. I booked some rooms for my guest and I have arranged party there but this hotel spoiled everything. They hadn’t given room on time. I have booked AC royal suite room but they provide this room without AC. Their food is also not good. Manager will promise like anything but they can spoil your party. Even my guest and I lost my new woolen clothes and cash from rooms. No one come for housekeeping. They don’t give room at time. I have booked rooms in advance but when I reached there, rooms were not ready. I had to felt insult in front of my guest while I told them in advance. This hotel is not good for any purpose.
