Refreshing as always I have totally replaced ice creams with frozen yogurts as it’s a healthier concept. I had the strawberry yogurt with 2 toppings. They have berry blast and blueberry as well.
Out of the four flavours only 2 are available. No bill after being such a reputed franchise. This outlet is a black spot on cocoberry. I have visited one of the outlets in pune that one is a 100 times better.
The waiters/owner or whosoever is not bothered in answering anything. I think this cocoberry is fake. I asked them if its the authentic franchisee but they didn’t had an answer to it. I went in search for the cocoberry thats in Delhi but this one is not good at all. The toppings were stale. Especially the wafers smelled bad. Don’t even bother going to this outlet, rather buy a packed low fat greek yogurt from any good store.
Visited for the first time and had a very bad experience. The person on the counter was very rude. The billing machine wasn’t working and he asked me 80 bucks for the small yoghurt whose printed price was 66. Said we charge tax @14% which still makes it 75.24. I don’t know what stupid math he has worked out. Without any bill, he has the audacity to ask for a higher price.
