The staff does not know to pack or present sweets in boxes.Given the adjoining sweet shops present nearby this shop is pathetic and i would not recommend it to anyone.
Sweet items are very good in quality and taste and in addition to that even the bakery items of the restaurant are very good in quality and taste.
If you have a sweet tooth then Ritzz is one of the finest place in town to have different varieties of sweets .Yesterday I went there and asked for a malpua then denied to pack . Kindly make some provision of a person needs one that too can be packed, even u can charge extra for that
order was well before time
Packing was hopeless. Samosa and chutney was messed up. Delivered item was not the ordered item. Mini Gulab January was ordered, delivered was another sweet and the bill was also not given for delivered items.
