Instead of one member of the staff, the rest of the staff is pathetic and ill-mannered. They didn’t even bother to apologize if the order won’t be delivered or couldn’t be prepared. Plus, half of the dishes couldn’t even be prepared by them.Spice labs used to be good, but its not now.
Terrible experience!Went there with my family for some snacks and cocktails.Only good thing about the place was its location, being located bang on are bareily road just near sardar patel dental college.( address details misleading on zomato, its neither i n telibagh, nor in ashiyana. Plus no map)Coming to ambience, more than a cafe/restaurant , it is a take away joint.Seating was too small and stacked up only for namesake.Next and worst service, menu had to be asked for and while ordering mocktails, was plainly refused saying they don’t serve cocktails anymore( guess they should write that on menu).Then asked for noodles and again the owner cut a sorry figure that he doesn’t have noodles.Basically all that’s shown in menu is fancy names, they serve only north Indian food, that too tandoor is bang on road absorbing all pollutants.Zomato must verify the places before listing them to avoid such embarrassements in future.

It’s a pocket friendly place that provides amazing food at reasonable prices. The service is good. They have a friendly staff. I would suggest this place as it is easily accessible.
The ppl who love desi chinese this is just the perfect place. Just a prfct outlet as it is pocket friendly and has a large variety of chinese , north indian, mocktails etc. I wld suggest all to try this place once.
