I recently went to Monarch with a friend for a quick drink as it was quite late and other joints were closed. To my surprise , the place was closed from outside but bartender opened the door upon knocking. Place was ok looking at the time at which they were open and serving. Kitchen was closed but bar was open. We sat there till 2:30 AM and service was good at that hour too. Joint can be avoided during normal working hours but if you are late and looking for a drink after 12 then this is the place. Bar is closed from outside but it’ll be opened if you knock the door and few people would be found sitting inside. A tip of 100 bucks will ensure songs of your choice and dance performance by the waitors. All in all a good experience in the darkest hours of night.
