Well, was killing some time at the Lucknow Railway station, when I decided to step out on some food tourism!This one is based at a walking distance from the station at a very posh signal and I walked in for a simple cup of tea. Nice to see them prepare a fresh cup of sugar free tea on my demand, which costs just 10 bucks!They also offered me a decent seat at their 1st floor area – I did not have anything else, as I just wanted to have my cup of tea! Service was fine but hygiene requires some redressal.Size of the place is huge and this one seems quite a big and popular eatery! However, please don’t expect an exceptional ambience – as this is a modest dhaba sort of restaurant.Overall, a decent space for some quick snack / meal at very reasonable prices!
Though one section of this restaurant is air cooled, this place is more of a dhaba than a restaurant. Samosa, chat, chinese and poori sabzi are good. Some things are decent, while others are of poor quality. Dont expect cleanliness as the atmosphere around the restaurant is highly filthy. Its better if u can get your food packed.
Good for breakfast as choley bhatura and Puri sabji are really good. lags is providing timely service as to take orders, or provide menu cards or be it serving.
I dont know about its other dishes but its butter chicken is just amazing..the butter chicken of bharat restaurant is way better than that of karims.. One must try it.P.s 5 out of 5 is only for butter chicken.
