Very poor customer handling.i went to the shop at 10 am and had to wait for 1 hr slmost for getting my order of puri bhaji.but thet was the last i vidited and now i prefer to go to sector 50 market than to this shop, evenif this shop is judt 5 minutes walking from my home.
Never gonna order from this bikaner for sure they dont know how to talk to customers , disconnecting calls 3-4 times . I ordered at 2:30pm they delivered wrong food item and told them to replace it and now its 5pm while im writing the review its still not delivered. Worst home delivery experience ever. Avoid this bikaner in sector 41 j block near red light. I asked them to give the manager or some heads numbers for complaint they didnt gave that too
Ordered honey chilli potato . They delivered chilli potato and after the argument on phone they disconnected the call and then didn’t picked the call untill I called them from any other number. Pathetic service . The guy on the call said you are lying and u can come to shop and check we have put honey in it.
Fresh n good products. Just that the staff needs to be more attentive to the customer. I went at 10 in the morning n only two more customers were there with almost 8 staff guys. Understand rush at peak hours. That’s same with all sweet shops. But not when shop is empty.
Ordered spring rolls and chaap from this place and I personally didn’t liked the food as the food wasn’t coocked properly and the rolls weren’t stuffed appropriately. Akso the packaging was poor and the food was dead cold when delivered
