This restaurant recently came into the highly competitive market, but it couldn’t satisfy customers. The staff is quite courteous and responsive but they lack knowledge. Neither menu is decided well nor staff has coorditation. I ordered ‘chatpati chaat masaala idli’ and those were just tasteless and uncooked, it was not at all piquant. The dish wasn’t upto the mark and failed to justify the name, ‘chatpati chaat’. We know, saambhar is the heart of South Indian food but they cook that very bad too! It was full of salt and very very sour in taste. It was difficult to have. Moreover, the idli quantity was very less compared to price and they filled unnecessary onions and various stuff beneath the container just to have look of increased quantity. Restaurant doesn’t know what ‘masaala idli’ actually is. When I asked the staff the difference between masaala idli and fried idli, he replied that masaala idli has masaala and fried idli is fried! Wow! Totally unsatisfied.
